Responsible for month-end close procedures including: • posting monthly accruals and prepayment amortisation • running mass allocation Responsible for analysing data for management, which includes: • verifying changes to the new lease agreement by comparing the old data Responsible for reporting on the consolidated cost to headquarters on • occupancy costs • consulting costs

Responsible for end to end accounts payable processes including • Oracle payment workflow • BACS and CHAPS. • monthly statements and associated transactions. Responsible for accounts payable close including • maintaining accounting ledgers by posting account transactions. Responsible for company expense procedures including • verifying and reconciling credit card statements and employee expense reports • assigning relevant account codes to transactions and their respective cost centers.

Responsible for managing the accounts sale balances including • utilising Navision software to gather contact details, invoices, purchase orders in order to prepare month end reports for accounts receivable. • liaising with vendors on outstanding sales • reconciling payments received against the ledger
