• IT Applications (around 500) daily control of Data Quality issues and supporting IT Owners to correct them i.e. missing documents (e.g. Test Cases, Design Documents), setting Business Capability Mappings, setting proper application attributes according to its purpose(e.g. End date, Provider and Sponsor Contacts, Architecture details) • Preparation periodical reports in regards to new/retired IT Applications, code complexity, Quality, financial

• Provision of a working environment (laptop/virtual PC, NW access, Connect and Outlook accounts) • Assigning mandatory courses based on Role-based Training Matrix • Provide access to ERP system and tools upon certification of training completion • Ensure adherence to Sourcing and Security Compliance

• Supporting the Project/ Programme Managers by tracking the projects progress • Providing periodical reports regarding finance, issues, deployments, milestones of Projects in Programme/ Portfolios • Daily work with Project Managers and on this base updating data concerning projects in project plans • Collecting and calculating data for quality metrics regarding Programme/ Portfolios • Managing Change Requests according to the process
