 Responsible for processing of supplier invoices for Corporate and Hotels  Ensuring accuracy rate in processing of invoices as per defined function expectations  Creating and updating suppliers data in PeopleSoft  Communicating with suppliers/employees to get the day to day queries resolved  Support the Team Lead in completing the daily deliverables  Maintaining high level TAT and accuracy consistently

 Prepare request for quotation and send them to selected vendors/suppliers  Contact vendors to obtain product and service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule  Sharing PO with vendor and obtaining acknowledgement  Maintain purchasing information, files and record like request for proposal, vendor files, purchase orders etc  Arranging and conducting interviews  Initial screening of candidates  Helping in recruitment process  Appointment letter of employees
