Responsible for the daily analysis and execution of forecast for all business channels. Create future forecasts for vendors to plan production. Develop forecast strategies for special events, seasonal items, and new item transitions Review forecasts, sales trends and advertising strategies to purchase and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Collaborate with other key departments to understand strategic directions and adjust forecasting inventory levels.

Track financial status by monitoring variances from plan. Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results. Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Ensuring prompt completion of loan applications

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, application of cash receipts, accounts reconciliation, billing, monthly closing of accounts, bank reconciliation, preparation of management reports, consolidation, forecasting, year-end closing of accounts; ensures that proper and accurate accounting records are maintained.

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions by entering account information.
