Responsible for RT’s global cash management structures, including managing global bank relationships, setting-up cash pool and liquidity structures, conducting global RFPs, repatriating of cash to the corporate level, negotiating banking agreements and opening/closing bank accounts. Supervising the Back Office team: confirmation of deals, execution of Treasury payments, global netting, cash forecasting etc. Deputizing for the Global Head of Treasury Operations and managing a team of four.

Responsible for the separation of the Packaging and Engineered Products business, including drafting and managing transition services agreements for the cash management area. Leading the centralising of cash management and Back Office from five locations globally to London.

Responsible for leading the implementation of a worldwide "payment factory" for around 100 operating entities. Analyzing of current Treasury processes and proposing of best practice and efficient workflows.

Establishing the company with all required organizational and operational structures and requirements. Responsible for managing the company and its consistent refinements. Consulting of multinational companies in optimizing Treasury by utilizing "In-House Bank" strategies.

Responsible for managing all „In-House Banking“ activities: global netting & borrowing/investment activities, interest & currency risk mgmt, executing of all FX and derivative transactions, supervising i/c loans and investments. Providing banking services and assisting operating entities regarding Treasury issues. Executing cross-border 3rd payments, netting and hedging contracts. Negotiating terms & conditions with banks. Deputizing for the Director – Global Cash Management and leading two direct reports.

Responsible for daily cash management activities, such as short and long term funding and investing, monitoring and analyzing the company’s interest and currency risk exposure, executing „stock buyback“ programs, foreign exchange and derivative transactions. Leading two direct reports.

Responsible for efficiently managing cash resources and limits worldwide, maintaining and running pooling structures, executing foreign exchange transactions, intercompany and cross-border payments, and negotiating bank conditions.

Supporting the Forex & Cash Manager in all cash management and „In-House Banking“ activities

Serving and advising customers in all cash transactions, sale of current and saving account products and its services, and supervising control and compliance functions. Leading and training of the cashier team.
