Freelance contract streamlining the recruiting process for a healthcare staffing agency in Los Angeles. I also conduct virtual interviews with registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and hospice caregivers before coordinating their onboarding. I helped the agency acquire their business development manager and staffing coordinator.

Full desk virtual recruiting for associate level warehouse positions at an Austin-based fashion e-commerce. Scheduling 30+ interviews per day and hiring 10 positions a week. I also assisted the company with the placement of the in-house HR administrative assistant.

Executed orientation and onboarding for IT new hires on a weekly basis. Project Coordinator for IT skill development workshops, IT events and employee branding initiatives. Maintained key metrics tracking IT associate impact and leadership engagement. Administrator for enterprise accounts with Pluralsight, Coursera, and O'Reilly. Also acted as the office manager for the OrangeMethod team of 20. Handled all inventory, expense tracking, and building maintenance.

Full desk recruiter sourcing entry level to executive level requisitions using LinkedIn, Indeed, Care.com, and social media. Vetted candidates in-person and virtually for high profile clients and organizations in several industries across the United States. I contributed to the start-up agency by establishing a recruiting SOP & candidate vetting SOP that is still used today. I collaborated with the recruitment team on implementing an ATS system using Google Suite, that was budget friendly and efficient.

Full cycle healthcare recruiting, sourcing candidates at career fairs, universities, and job boards. Screened applicants by phone and conducted in-person interviews using skill-based assessments. I provided employee payroll support using ADP and Kronos. I also assisted with onboarding, tracking candidate experience, and facilitating employee re-certification classes such as First Aid, with the American Heart Association to maintain state compliance standards.

Administrator for company benefits, leave of absence, and disability. I assisted with biweekly payroll administration & support using Kronos and Oracle Taleo. I assisted regional recruiters with background checks, i9 verifications, and new hire orientation. I continued to lead HR Shared Services Center, where I interviewed and hired new HR department associates. In this capacity I conducted department audits, performance evaluations, and quality assurance of HR support services.
