Create, Update and Editing of content for hotels across Expedia Inc. brands by capturing and confirming data about amenities, services, multimedia, rates and contact information. • Prioritise and self-assign cases to ensure hotels are thoroughly updated within specified deadlines. • Edit hotel content in English, adhering to brands’ tone of voice and style guides, and defined processes. • Use of CRM and CMS systems, Salesforce. • Contacting hotels to gather information (via phone and email).
