Working as a co-investigator on a range of phase II/III studies in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Research. Involved in recruitment strategics, clinical assessment, and safety outcomes.

This role involved the treatment and management of patients with mental health disorders in the Edenfield Centre, a Medium Secure Forensic Unit in Prestwich Hospital. For 6 months I an involved in the care of male and female inpatients. I continue to provide out of hours cover for all mental health wards in Prestwich Hospital, which includes Forensic Child and Adolescent Mental Health wards, Drug and Alcohol Services, Low Secure Unit and Medium Secure Units.

This role involved the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders of patients with Intellectual Disabilities. I was held responsible for the inpatient care of patients with Intellectual Disabilities and also closely work with the Community ID team to review patients in the community through home visits or outpatient reviews.

This role involved the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders and coordination of care of patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, including the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit and acute psychiatric wards. I also held responsibility for the delivery of general adult outpatient and dementia clinics.

My foundation programme provided a solid grounding across a broad range of clinical specialties including acute medicine and general medicine, gastroenterology, obstetric & gynaecology, psychiatry, general surgery and urology. My roles within these specialities involved the assessment, diagnosis, investigation and treatment of patients of all ages groups.

1.) Theoretical underpinnings of clinical research and skills in research methods relevant to applied clinical practice settings. 2.) Acquired skills needed to manage and deliver research in clinical and health and social care settings relevant to the wider medical field.

Completion of Medical Degree in the UK - equivalent to MD or Humanmedizinisches Studium (Staatsexamen)
