• Responsibilities: Sensor and control valve installation; sensor calibration and fault- trouble shooting; process control loop configuration in PLC and DCS • Handled detail engineering (field devices) and automation of control loops and process-interlocks • Converted relay-logic operated Bagging machines to PLC automated systems • Upgraded S5-based roller-conveyor system to S7-300

• Involved in the online DCS changeover project of the Polyester Staple Fibre plant from ABB Taylor MOD30 to ABB 800xA DCS system • Installed Nucleonic level gauge and Nucleonic level switches for reactor vessel
