This included remote service and hotline support, as well as pre-sales technical support in England and Germany. Supervisory responsibility of a group of 4 development/support engineers for initial ACD product software design and development team. The ACD product was successfully installed at more than 200 customer sites in Europe/Asia/South America.

Scope of analysis included: material cost/market price, human factors and design, system interfaces, ease of usability, completeness of documentation and final packaging. Developed and maintained QA reports and database for Quality Assurance Division. Supported Statistical Quality Control courses and Quality Circles initiative.
