Key Responsibilities: Adapting the EUTEX business model to meet common practice in the market, this Incl. setting up of a Standard Contract, adaptation of IT – System & Internal Procedures. Company Strategy & Business Development, including launch of new product like Calling Card and call shop solution. Coordination of Sales activities Sales Projects – Key Customers. Board Reporting and assitance to CEO

Key Responsibilities: 25 Mio. € Sales Budget. Total Purchasing volume 30 – 35 Mio € (Retail and Wholesale minutes). Managing of 16 Employees including, Sales-, IT- Billing- and Purchasing team. Managing of 25 Interconnect to National and International Carriers. Wholesale Strategy & Product Development.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial parts of Interconnect Agreement with DTAG together with regulatory department. Network modelling /Business Case. Supplier negotiation for Leased Line. – yearly volume ~ DM 50 Mio. Managing of 4 employees. 30 Mio € Network Budget. Participated in the project teem who negotiated a DM 125 Mio. Dark fibre deal with Gasline.
