Consultant in the Marketing department of the oldest student-led consulting firm (Junior Enterprise) in Austria. Responsible for external communications, recruiting efforts and general organizational tasks. Developed a new Alumni strategy and introduced LinkedIn as a tool for alumni relations in the overall social media strategy. Carried out several client projects in the area of market research, translation and sales efforts.

Responsible for managing the social media and website content of the local branch of the Austrian National Union of Students (Österreichische HochschülerInnenschaft - ÖH Klagenfurt/Celovec).

Responsible for the property’s online presence through managing all social media accounts, ensuring up to date website copy and executing digital marketing campaigns. Assistance in the execution of press events as well as overseeing photography and videography sessions for a wide range of media. Liaising with corporate head offices in order to implement the global company wide goals and strategies and preparing annual expenditure proposal for all e-commerce and digital marketing related activities.

Assistance with the promotion of Hotelschool The Hague at the biggest Hungarian educational fair, Educatio, and being in constant contact with potential future students, ensuring all their questions are answered. Furthermore acting as a group guide at Open Days, guiding the groups around the campus and assisting them with all their questions, making them feel welcome.

Promoted after the first year to Digital Marketing Specialist.

A six-month internship in the Sales & Marketing department with the objective of gaining a thorough knowledge in the field, through day-to-day activities and in-depth projects.Tasks included: utilization of the Global Delphi system, maintaining and handling social media activities, telemarketing and assisting the DOSM/Sales Managers. Main projects included the organization of a national roadshow, an in-depth social media management advice and assistance in the creation of the 2015 Budget.

Assistance at external events carried out at Hotelschool The Hague, main tasks included: welcoming guests, guiding tours, assisting presentations, handling the registration and keeping a constant overview.

Waitress at the Brasserie and Restaurant L’Escargot at the Shell Headquarters, serving a very international clientele, including responsibilities as the closing of the restaurant and maintaining the daily reports.

A one-month internship in Sales & Marketing, with the objective of obtaining a general knowledge in the department. Tasks included monitoring and updating client data in Fidelio Sales & Catering, assistance in creation of Business and Sales & Marketing Plan 2013, updating online profiles, carrying out mailings and creation of menu cards/corporate presentations/notice boards.

The five-month practical internship in the Food & Beverage department included one month in the main restaurant, Blanc and four months in the renowned Banker’s Bar. Tasks included guest interaction, upselling, opening as well as closing the bar, confident usage of Fidelio and communication with the other departments. Experiences have included mystery guest visits as well as handling high profile guests.
