• Analyzing annual reports of companies in various industries based on different information • Participating in ongoing inventory checks • Working on the auditor’s report at the client’s premises • Providing assistance for the auditors in general (e.g. for legal research)

• Researching for and providing answers to different kind of requests in German and French • Coordinating meetings and trade fairs, as well as accompanying the delegate to meetings • Updating obsolete documents and presentations

• Handling the finances of the national umbrella organization with more than 250 active members and 16 affiliated organizations • Planning the quarterly budget of the organization and presentation of this budget draft at the National Platforms held three times per year • Responsible for the preservation, promotion, and communication of the organization’s international cooperation • Providing guidance over the National Partnership Manager

• Preparing slides for presentation of project milestones • Organizing different project related events • Coordinating appointments and recording minutes

• Maintaining and updating the customer data base • Supporting the account manager in preparing for their daily activities and tasks • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders • Coordinating appointments

• Handling travel expenses of upper and middle management • Assisting in preparation of monthly financial and budgetary reports • Helping out with programming activities for facilitation of search processes in various excel sheets
