• Analyzed and developed enterprise BI reports ranging from operational to analytical from existing enterprise data warehouse system • Designed and agreed key management reports, KPIs with senior stakeholders and implemented Corporate Dashboard project which encouraged fact based decision making culture throughout the company • Carried out inflow and outflow analysis of customer base allowing better segmentation of customers by their value which increased efficiency of marketing activities
