I held a combined role of account manager, international recruiter and relocation professional providing highly skilled international candidates for our clients globally. I was concentrated on candidate search and recruitment but also developing GSC's visibility among international candidates in social media, local job boards and universities as well as developing international recruitment methods, online and social recruitment.

As an HR Consultant at Barona IT I was responsible of providing end-to-end recruitment services for clients in different business sectors. I responded to challenging and rapidly changing needs in customer business environment by using different staffing solutions depending on customer needs. With good technical IT knowledge I handled technical recruitment for different technologies as well as recruited high-level professionals also for sales and managerial/director positions.

My tasks were handling the whole recruitment process starting from cold-calling and participating in the b-to-b sales process to recruitment including researching, head hunting, CV scanning, interviewing, evaluation and selection independently as well as with Senior Consultant. Pro-Source Ltd. is a direct search, human resources and consulting company with an emphasis on marketing, communications, digital media, ICT and sales.

As a ServiceDesk agent my tasks were advising customers in various IT issues and problems via telephone, email and remote connection. Analyzing and solving the problem according to SLA's independently and with the team in Finnish and English. I was also responsible of coordination and development of customer's workstation replacement roll-out process in Finland as well as abroad countries, also including process documentation, instruction and training.
