• Worked on the AWS RDS on VMware Hybrid Cloud team building a new feature that will deploy to all customers. • Made use of multi-threading, batching, and queues to build a performant back-end library that is called from across the team’s codebase. • Worked with technologies like Java, Coral (Amazon RPC framework), and AWS CloudWatch.

• Worked on the Genomic Algorithms team expanding the ethnicity matching algorithm’s implementation and tooling. • Created a tool to efficiently recompute ethnicity results for 15 million existing customers to provide the latest most accurate results. • Built tool’s front-end using Vue.js, back-end with Python, Sanic, and used tools like Docker, Redis, Terraform, and AWS Fargate, Lambda.

• Worked with a team of consultants to design and construct a dashboard for Verizon to help management monitor AWS usage. • Built front-end with Angular.js, and used Java for the back-end to process data from Verizon’s AWS CloudWatch page.
