Preparing, examining, and analysing accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness to reporting and procedural standards. Ensuring that the company’s books and records are updated and maintained in compliance with the generally accepted accounting principles and tax regulations and act proactively to that aim.

• Presenting purchase offers to buyers for consideration • Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers. • Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

• Preparing asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analysing accounting information. • Documenting financial transactions by entering accounting information. • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance and recommending policies and procedures.

Accompanying buyers during visits, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

Coordinating appointments to show homes to prospective buyers Answering clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance and appraisals.
