o Led automotive HVAC development for truck/bus platforms, managing core and cross-functional teams. o Owned system design, integration, and localization per automotive quality and homologation standards. o Established in-house testing and R&D capability, reducing validation time and costs. o Partnered with suppliers and manufacturing to support NPD, pilot builds, and after-sales readiness. o Mentored engineers and built foundational HVAC capability within the organization.

o Delivered engineering and design of comfort, industrial, and cleanroom HVAC systems for large infrastructure and pharmaceutical projects. o Led design coordination from concept through execution, working with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. o Supported ISO-driven processes, quality documentation, and engineering standardization initiatives. o Contributed to capability development, process improvement, and adoption of engineering tools and best practices.

Responsible for coordinating site operations, personnel, and supplies for comfort and clean-room HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion and handover in collaboration with Engineering, CAD, procurement, vendors, clients, consultants, contractors, and other facility providers while working on multiple engagements.
