Lead new product transfer from US to Shanghai. Improve and optimize process to improve effieiency, reduce cost to achieve mass production quickly. Support mass production line. Outsource new vendors, quality new parts and new products. Work with sales to extend new market and develop new product variants for Chinese customers. Introduct new product to customers, provide techincal support and handle RMA and quality issues.

Experienced with optical and mechanical design to complete new products development to meet diverse customer needs. Optical measurement station setup, qualification,automation etc. Process control and optimization based on LEAN, SPC, FEMA, 6sigma concept.

Implemented FEMA, MPI, BoM, SPC, control plan, traveller for diode laser module and fiber cable products. Use DOE and Monte Carlo analysis to improve fiber concentricity. Qualified in advanced statistical process control and in limiting variation (<3 sigma) for laser module and fiber products.
