At SSC, I was responsible for the teams of accounts payable, invoice processing and ãccounts receivable, managing about 50 employees. I made the transition to SSC, reformulating the processess, defining SLAs and KPIs. Since then, I fostered several IT projects implementation to improve operations, increase productivity and safety, and support the company's organic growth. As a company legal representative, I was responsible to sign documents, financial transactions and payments.

Leadership of the teams working with accounts payable, suppliers' accounts receivable, calculation and payment of real state rentals, and service and investments invoices registration. - control accounts receivable levels; - administrate payments routine; - reconciliation with suppliers and debt negotiation; I developed the supplier website project and its parameters to SAP integration. Reporting to the department manager.

Using SAP/CO, I prepared the system to the zero-based budgeting methodology and prepared instructions on the budget process for the store managers and the headquarters' department managers. I updated reports and created new ones using report painter (SAP/R3) to consolidate and control expenses versus budget and previous year values. I used Excel to calculate sales and other commercial variables budget by profit center.

I was responsible for generating productivity reports of point of sales and goods reposition productivity and customers evaluation. I worked with database application (Paradox) to manage the number of stores employees by function and worksheet models for dimensioning employees for the operation of points of sale. I also prepared standards of stores and distribution center operational processes.
