Monitoring the purchasing budget's construction, allocating it, presenting it to Management/Managing the purchasing strategy/providing accurate and reliable reporting, analyzing key performance indicators every week/Overseeing the preparation of the end of season reviews/Team Management: Hiring and training, organizing the day to day activities, meeting with each team member once a month to monitor professional progress, conducting the yearly appraisal meeting, setting personal development targets.

Supporting and assisting the head of purchasing management/Controlling of the key performance indicators and construction of the reportings/Guiding and coordinating the purchasing managers in several of their daily duties/Training the purchase managers on the reportings, SAP and PILOT (Open to buy software)/Consolidating the financial results of the different departments, and presenting them to management.

Following and adapting the buying strategy/Analyzing the economical performance of products during the season and suggesting modifications for the sales or buying strategy/Updating sales forecasts and suggesting markdowns or commercial operations/Broadcasting weekly results and key indicators to the product management team, the purchasing controller and the head of purchasing management.

Monitoring and analyzing the accounting litigations between L’Oréal and Carrefour/Establishing and maintaining the tools for pricing litigation monitoring/Communicating with Carrefour in order to prevent new litigation.

Responsible for the monthly reporting of the Ice cream department/Involvement in the monthly financial closure: analysis of the gross margin, accounting transactions/Carrying-out specific analyses on costs.

Assisting the senior controller in his/her day to day activities/Responsible for the monthly reporting.
