As part of the Global Business Service office, I had the opportunity to collaborate on and lead projects, such as: • Development of business service reporting across Shared Service Centers in China, Poland, Philippines, and the Dominican Republic. • Implementation of project management methodology in the PMO from Global Business Services Department. • Service optimization for Shared Service Center in Europe.

In this position I was in charge of four different divisions: Budget, Accounting, Taxes, and Accounts Controlling. # Success highlights - Reduction in the time for accountancy reports by 40% - Reduction on open credits from agencies, under the program “debt 0” - Increasing the transparency and accuracy of the budget system - Implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the Accountancy Department - Increased the tasks automation mainly related to budgeting and accountancy

Being part of the Accounting Department allowed me to coordinate four different Divisions related to Accounting, Credit Controlling, Taxes and Budget Planning. We work not only on operational tasks but also on leading projects with high value-added for our company. Some of the major achievements were related to: • Implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the Accounting Department. • Increase automation of tasks mainly related to budgeting and accounting.

In this role, I had the opportunity to increase my professional expertise and skills, by supporting the auditing processes of prestigious companies. My main responsibilities involved: • Collect and analyze financial data. • Check that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable. • Identify if accounting processes are not working as they should. • Ensure that procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed.
