1) Set up and manage subsidiaries’ organization and its operation. Design and fulfill procedures, policies, and baselines for subsidiary management. 2) Suppliers management and control: Formulate outsourcing strategy, suppliers’ service quality control and assessment, critical negotiation and communication. 3) Regional projects management: PM of construction of 14000 m2 WEU’s Huawei HQs’ Building . PM of Regional suppliers concentration and outsourcing program.

Assist to regional president and management team to manage regional business performance, and compliance operation; Organize regional management team’s routinely operation and coordination; Manage subsidiary’s executive office’s operation.

Managed global business performance of sales and service. Main duties include: 1) Assist unit president to decode global strategies to lower levels by designing annual KPIs and PBCs, and monthly assess progress of them and report president and management team. 2) Global management reform project: like “Regional and National Profit Centre” in whole world.

Managed project operation, procurement and maintenance of R&D equipment and technologies.

Lectured on courses of Inertial Technology Principle, Mechanical Graphing, and Computer Multimedia Technology.
