Managing the oldest hypermarket in the city with the many challenges a store brings: shop modernization, creating new concepts for a new identity that is appropriate to the present, stabilizing and motivating the team. In this short period, together with the team, we managed to move from -20% to +0, complete remodeling of shops, implementation of company projects, minimal disruption for clients of different new legal requirements, promotion new managers, the formation of new managers.
