• Sourcing & Supply Chain Sustainability – Leading consulting projects for intl. clients in the agri-food sector on sustainable supply chain management, sourcing practices & corporate sustainability: Analysing supply chains; identifying hotspots & risks; developing improvement strategies & communication formats. • Project Management – Project development, planning & heading project teams. • Entrepreneurship – Strategically building the company.

Developed, initiated and managed consulting and research projects for private and public corporations in the Swiss food sector with the aim of optimizing the use of food resources along the entire supply chain.

Compiled and processed a broad set of sustainability (Oekom, RepRisk) & market data (Bloomberg, Reuters); developed a stand-alone database; performed extensive econometrical data analyses.

Conducted market analyses for energy efficiency projects; identified investment opportunities for the fund based on financial criteria; presented proposals to the investment managers.

Drafted a mass flow analysis of Phosphorus in Argentina within the international research project “Global TraPs” on global Phosphorus flows and sustainable resource management.

Supported the project management in direct collaboration with the Chilean Ministry of Energy in the context of sustainable energy supply & environmental policy.

Assisted the management in planning and installing of solar power plants.
