I managed for over 8 shops in Ireland, duties such as general shop management, system admin, weekly & monthly accounting, laying (hedging) of bets for over 30 shops, marketing duties creating promotions, campaigns and offers to entice long and short term clients from rivals.

My main responsibilities here was processing and approving loans and overdrafts. I also worked on a switchboard where I was answering clients queries and troubleshooting issues with their accounts. I was working in a team where we all had to ensure that the queue of issues were cleared in an efficient amount of time.
