Analyzing the causes of insolvency of a certain company. Getting an overview of the cash flows and the daily work routine of the organization. Using the program Winsolvenz for getting a clear schedule about the financial situation and consisting on the information, giving a statement concerning the future of the business.

Working on the project coordination in the department logistics and planning, project support during the event and post-processing all steps of organization.

Working with the computer program BAAN and escorting the product from the order to the delivery. Dealing with the difficulties of international orders and their delivery, customer complaints and invoices. Competitor analysis of a certain product concerning the own price and market presence of competitors.

Supervision and support of unemployed Dutch, finding a job in Germany. Being responsible for their housing and their wellbeing. The project got support by the European Union.
