I led a small CS team ordering diagnostic methods and instruments. Responsible for order entry, coordination of supplies, complaints processing, invoicing, creating P&L analysis for new agreements. I was responsible for EDI-ordering and E-catalogue. Improving individual customer approach of the team and offering best service level for customer satisfaction.
