I am an experienced Head of Sales who has managed an international sales team of 22 employees in Germany, Hong Kong, New York and Miami. In my last challenges, I defined and developed a department for consulting and sales for luxury watches for an online platform, as well as created various employee profiles and job postings. I demonstrated my professional and leadership skills through the professional and personal development of my staff, as well as the targeted increase in sales of over 200%. As Head of Sales of an international watch sales team, my responsibility was to successfully manage and coordinate the sales of watches from €10,000 at four locations worldwide. This included defining and implementing strategic sales department planning, implementing sales processes and sales tools, and building and developing an international sales team. Also important was the focus on the professional and personal development of employees, as the continuous improvement of departmental performance.
As Team Lead, my main responsibilities were to manage and take disciplinary responsibility for an international sales and after sales team, as well as to select qualified people for the required positions. I worked closely with product management and developers to optimize the sales process and improved the sales and consulting skills of my employees. An important part of my duties was to design and lead team, optimization and individual meetings to ensure the exchange and improvement of workflows.
