Personal Development
During my "time off" I focused on my personal development (Spanish course, various online courses, reading, PADI Open Water Diver certification) as well as connecting with nature and people (treks in Nepal and all over Europe, mountaineering courses in the UK). I did not manage to finish my travel plans because of the coronavirus pandemic. Thanks to having time on my hands, I decided to chase the opportunity of helping people by managing the launch of air sterilisation units ProAir onto the British market.
Led the team of marketing professionals using agile to generate, qualify and effectively hand leads over to sales; controlled budget, content creation, digital campaigns evaluation, regular monitoring, tasks prioritization. • Set up an effective process of collecting leads in digital and processing them through sales channels, achieving a 295% increase in MQL to SQL conversion rate. • Successfully launched 2 demand generation campaigns using an automation system, leading to a 36 % increase in web visits.
Delivered trivago blog focused on accommodation and travelling and its Facebook organic promotion. • Prepared a new content format (Facebook Canvas), testing the audience response to determine if to launch a blog onto the Czech market. • Created an editorial calendar, produced articles, coordinated translations and new article production, which enabled the launch of the blog. • Analysed data from GA, FB and native campaigns, and optimised articles using SEO techniques, resulting in improved UX and ROI.
