During my time at ITP I had the chance to work on-site for 5 months at Rolls Royce Deutschland: - Released 3 technical reports. - Served as focal point to the team in Madrid, supporting communication and data handling. - Provided support to an outsourced team of 4 analysts. - Inspected engines and its components, which provided a deeper understanding of its architecture and operation.

- Developed FEA for gas turbine components with ANSYS Workbench for Rolls Royce and Pratt & Whitney engines. Analyses used: Steady-State Thermal, Static Structural, Modal, Harmonic. - Processed virtual geometry with NX . - Analysed results in the following scenarios: Low-Cycle Fatigue, High-Cycle Fatigue (Modal Scale), Fan Blade Out, Manoeuvres, Proof and Burst Pressure. - Proposed optimized design solutions in collaboration with the design department. - On-site work for 5 months at Rolls Royce Deutschland.

- Developed innovative composite material structures in carbon fiber for the horizontal stabiliser: Conceptual design in CATIA, SoA research and analysis of interfaces. - Carried out analysis of alternatives interacting with cost, weight, manufacturing or assembly departments. - Produced technical documentation, including patents requests and defensive publications.
