Develop studies and assessments on new mortgages products; -Implementation and monitoring of new business processes and projects; -Research of new products, market trends and product launches of competing banks -Develop the current products to improve their performance and meet customer needs, -Direct contact with Legal, Operations, Accounting, Risk, Sales and marketing to support all Mortgages Products initiatives and demands;

Development of sensitivity analysis of the calculation of market risk; Analysis and Simulation of Stress scenarios; -Preparation and review of information on Risk Governance in Financial Statements and Quarterly Earnings Release - ITR Form; -Tracking and monitoring of the levels of exposure to market risks relating to Credit and Capital Adequacy Ratio; -Monitoring mismatch of assets and liabilities; -Assess exposure to market risk; -Assist with designing credit policy.

Responsible for the implementation and management of Operational Risks; Calculating of regulatory capital; Establishment and Management of the loss events and classifications according to the rules of the Central Bank; Business Impact Analysis – BIA (test management and execution of Business Continuity Program); Establishment and Management Policy to Prevent Money Laundering; Elaboration of the Policy of "Know Your Customer"; Responsible for spreading the culture of the Prevention of Money Laundering.

- Enforcing the rules of regulatory agency and internal regulations by reviewing and validating the accounting controls, financial and operational and checking their veracity; - Evaluation of the effectiveness of controls, seeking to identify improvements that consist mitigate the risks of fraud and operating losses;
