Main responsibility Training and assisting end-users in our Hotel Management Software called Sihot.PMS and Sihot.POS from Gubse AG. 1. Arranging new training sessions for new joining staff. 2. Planning new major training sessions for all Hotel end users. 3. Implementing newly acquired modules, arranging training for them. 4. Implementing standards for User management. 5. Daily communication with users for further details when needed. 6. Support for users of our PMS and POS systems.

1- Creating Flights-Seats-Cost and Sales Prices for online B2B ticket sales. 2- Following up on sales. 3- Maintaining information on servers.

1- Controlling imported prices from DMC software. 2- Creating seasonal based Accommodation prices through import. 3- Creating multiple services from package sales. 4- Creating markup-profit margin in Tour Operator Software. 5- Launching sales prices for packages to be sold. 6- Following up on bookings made through B2B Website. 7- Maintaining and updating information related to prices of packages.

Monitored supplies and inventory to make sure they’re used properly and efficiently and that we adhere to the store budget in newly established Online B2B and B2C company. Direct administrative activities. Looked over financial statements, sales reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. Engaged in opportunities that can add to overall workplace accomplishments. Created Educational training on how to improve overall software familiarity.

-Retraining co-workers in used software's -Strategical Planning for further changes in used Infrastructure. -Instruction on workstation setup for prevention of eyestrain, repetitive strain injuries, and backpain. Give onsite and offsite classes. -Communicate in between different Software Companies in order to make a smooth work in between them and provide necessary knowledge in several kind of fields such as (DMC-Outgoing-Hotel-Flight etc...)

Cleaned up wrong Data entries within used Automation Retrained employees for right usage of Automation. Suggested new ways which increased efficiency of employees by 27%. Implementing key strategies in Branches for co-workers. Monitoring day to day data entries in to Sejour Agency Automation informing and/or correcting mistakes.

Research for different markets where to be able to establish a branch office, establishing branch office. Strategical plans for the new implemented market.
