• Based on customer’s requirement and NATO USAR AEP- 4671 identified the necessary systems for the Large class RPAS. • System Eng - Identify aircraft-level functions, allocate aircraft functions to systems, development of system architecture, allocate system requirements to items, selection of items for the system, Aircraft system integration, safety assessment-FHA, PSSA, SSA, CSA. Safety Assessment of systems with respect to RPAS.1309, ARP4761 and 4754.

 Helicopter rotor design: Sizing, operational conditions, weight & power estimation, range and endurance calculation.  Development of PID control algorithm using NI labview and PXI for Autonomous control and navigation of Mini Helicopter and validating it with the flight test.  Development of TF model from flight data for gain tuning using system identification and simulink tools in MATLAB.  Calibration and integration of sensors (IMU, GPS, RPM, MRA), wireless communication systems and actuators.

• Teaching Areas- Aeronautics. • Specialized domain- Preliminary Helicopter design, Helicopter aerodynamics, Helicopter flight dynamics, Aircraft Navigation & control, Vibration, Acoustic engineering, Noise modelling of helicopters.

• Responsible for the preparation of Incident Service report and Repair Analysis Value report. • Created Technical event database and reported on frequently failing parts for the specific diesel engine models. • Maintained records of all project’s equipment and tools used, periodic maintenance schedules. • Involved in the activities of ERP software creation for the enterprise.

- Developed Particle detection events database-Identified most frequently failed dynamic components in EC225, and Puma helicopters from 10 years technical data. -Analyzed degradation compared to vibration behavior recorded by HUMS System. -Defined with Experts the different templates for Repair and Design Approval Sheet (RDAS), Repair Technical Sheet (RTS), Technical Investigation Report, Safety Information Notice for the KEYCOPTER and TEAMCOPTER- TED-WebTek application.

• Underwent training on Trouble shooting practices of Diesels Engines brands such as Cummins and CAT. • Assisting senior service engineers and responsible for preparation of Incident Service report and Repair Analysis Value report. • Maintained records of all project’s equipment and tools used, periodic maintenance schedules. • As an active team member, defined/refined methods and actively contributed towards the enterprise goals.

Design and Development of Micro Air Vehicle with Active Winglets.  Aim to improve Aerodynamic Efficiency of Micro Air Vehicle.  Geometric Modeling of Micro Air Vehicle using CATIA V5.  Fabrication and development of RC Micro Air Vehicle.  Documentation : Report generation and Validation through proper channel.
