Supporting the Head of European Resourcing and Manager of Resourcing for Merchants & Merchandising ensuring we effectively source talent across Europe by understanding the business needs and priorities through proactive partnering with HR Business Partners and Managers.

Supported the European team coordinating the roll out of all talent training programmes to ensure consistent, effective communication and coordination of programmes. Supporting the Europe Talent Management process to identify and develop ‘high potential’ talent within the business.

Responsible for day to day co-ordination of temporary staff, by maintaining relationships with Directors/Managers and Suppliers. Supporting the Recruitment & Resourcing Manager in the effective running of the department.
