Responsible for Business Development of End to end Clinical Trial Services Phase II – IV Clinical Trials Business Development of CRO capabilities and in built Site Management Organization and management of all projects. I look after the process of achieving successful outcome of Clinical Trials for Pharma,Ayurveda,Herbal,Nutraceuticals and Medical Devices industries. Coordination of studies with Sponsors, PIs,CRCs CRAs in major sites which has multidisciplinary departments is also my accountability.

Responsible for cooperation with Herbal ingredients and Natural ingredient companies across India, US,EU,Asia and emerging markets across the globe for strategic alliance and marketing in Korea after obtaining MFDS approval. Also responsible for collaborating with experienced Pre Clinical/Clinical Research Organizations in India for conducting Trials for Korean Sponsors

I was in charge of Promotion and Marketing operations for a Clinical-Grade, Non-Invasive, Digital functional biomarker smartphone tool for screening, early detection, root cause analysis, acute event risk assessment, and prognosis and home monitoring of chronic diseases. Discovery strategy like how to identify the right kind of Clinicians who are more likely to go with a digital solution Formulate Social media campaign strategy with marketing collaterals like testimonials, flyer.

Fostering End to End Clinical Trial Services i.e., Phase II – IV Clinical Trials Post Marketing surveillance and Bioavailability / Bioequivalence studies to the Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics and Medical Device companies in India and the Emerging Markets across the Globe. Interacting with Purchase/R&D/QA/QC /RA of Pharmaceutical companies engaged in formulation. Generating POs/Work Orders for the enquiries received. Management of receivables and payments.

Handling Pharmaceutical Reference Standards (USP/EP/JP), APIs, CHROMADEX Plant Reference Standards to Pharmaceutical Industries and Phytochemical Companies. Exploring ATCC Cell Lines to Scientists in Research Institutions under CSIR, ICMR, FIST, DBT and other Central Government funded institutions. Moreover, I have closely worked with important CROs, Molecular Biology Labs, Biotechnology Depts. /QA and Microbiology Depts. of Pharmaceutical Industries.

Responsible for launching the entire marketing operation and clinical validation of products. Working closely with all the important Gynecologists, Cardiologists and Gastroenterologists. Managing a team of Senior Clinical Business Representatives. Effective handling of marketing/branding of company’s products. Launching and establishing new brands in the field of Cardiology, Orthopedics, Surgery and Dermatology.

Meeting people of the Healthcare community. Organizing camps/CMEs with the members of the medical fraternity. Prospecting, planning and implementation of the same to achieve individual objectives. Launching and establishing new products. Organizing Conferences, Seminars Trade shows and CMEs.
