Controlling and Monitoring of all incoming and outgoing swift messages related to Telegraphic Transfers Investigation of cases related to Failed Customer Payments, handling queries pertaining to cases Unable to Apply or Refunds of Funds concerning failed customer payments Identifying error cause and recording of Amendments and Cancellations with valid reason and monitoring market risk Contacting branches for clarifying details pertaining to customer payments

Duties Included: Controlling and Monitoring of Deal Processing Matching the Reuters conversation against the deal input into system. Recording of Amendments and Cancellations with valid reason and monitoring market risk Processing of Deal Settlements Checking of Exception and other reports Monitoring and preparing of Central Bank payments within the dead line Monitoring of Transfer Pricing Mechanism (Loans & Deposits) Preparation of Swift Messages
