• I have contributed to the development, delivery and user experience of four mobile products. • I have shaped the products by identifying new features, discussing these with clients, development teams and potential users and placing them on the product roadmap. • Currently, I am a project leader coordinating the delivery of mobile applications on client projects and advising our clients on their mobile strategy.

• Let’sTalk is a Startup building an instant messaging solution to connect service providers with clients. • I developed the web application designed to be the service provider’s entry point to the service. • I identified and implemented user centered features, such as information aggregation on a user, fast responses and replies by email that appeared seamlessly in the chat history. • I shaped the company’s privacy policy and strategy.

• I designed and implemented a tool for engineers at Dialog Semiconductor enabling them to quickly record and analyze live data from their power management micro-chips. • I started by asking future users to guide me through their data capturing and analysis process in order to identify their pain points. • I presented new features and collected feedback in order to improve the user experience. • As of January 2017 the tool is still in use, showing that I have succeeded in building a helpful product.
