Key initiatives included a refined sales coverage model, new business development and telesales teams, streamlined processes with focus on marketing automation and the launch of the LexisNexis Sales Academy.

    P&L, strategy, product, sales and marketing responsibility for publishing, software, academic and online solutions for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands with a local team of 270 employees across seven locations. I launched Lexis Advance in the Pacific region, extended the program into Asia markets, repositioned the Pacific business with greater emphasis on productivity and workflow solutions and initiated new markets and regions (Fiji, Papa New Guinea) to enable long-term growth.

Achievements include turnaround management of underperforming portfolios, the New Lexis program to re-engineer the business across solutions and business systems; and the launch of new technology based solutions, including the award-winning digital solution Lexis Red.

I built new business development, technology and strategic product teams to explore and launch new solutions; and initiated and led the New Lexis program for the Pacific region.

    Entrepreneurs in strategy, marketing, technology and e-business consulting with mandates in Europe and the USA; publisher of textbooks and project management software. I incorporated and managed the firm with mandates for leading Swiss organizations (Coop, Migros, BLS, ZKB) with project teams of up to 20 consultants, and launched/sold various online start-ups.
