Responsible for the global technology and innovation management (contract negotiations, feasibility studies with drug delivery companies etc.) in the field of drug delivery for biopharmaceuticals including injection devices/technologies and systems as well as novel formulation technologies.

Responsible for formulation development of Respimat Soft Mist Inhaler developments.

e.g. Leading internal and joint international external development teams for DPI developments partly in parallel to head of laboratory duties.

Responsible for the evaluation and the development of delivery technologies such as consumer care aerosol systems, pMDIs, dry powder inhalers and Respimat Soft Mist Inhaler developments including formulation technologies and primary packaging solutions

Project manager for a non-pharmaceutical delivery system from early development until launch: Truspray® Aerosol System.

Responsible for the technical documentation for the CE-Mark and Drug Master File for Respimat Soft Mist Inhaler and primary packaging components within the Quality Control of the Development Department.
