In this role I am driving claims excellence through the establishment of Best Practice, Global Standards, coordination of local resource, Training courses project management and audit. It has also an innovative element e.g. screening the market for new solutions. Furthermore, global responsibility for Natural Catastrophe Response Management.

Lead of Operational Planning for the European Claims Organization, Set up of the Operational Planning concept, processes and pan European team, Identification and planning of relevant key performance indicators, Manage overall Project portfolio for the Claims Organization; - Responsible (including financial targets) for the Operational Transformation,Develop country implementation plans for all countries within the European Claims Organization based on Global blueprint. Member of «operational planning» team, lead for operational metrics development and planning, Lead and manage project portfolio, governance, project reviews including Cost-Benefit-Analysis and post implementation reviews; Assess Total Risk Profiles (TRP) of projects and operational transformation activities, drive standardisation of performance management, KPIs and Global Scorecards. Furthermore, as Head Property and EL Claims with an authority of USD 7.5m oversee the Large and Complex Claims for Europe.
