Working on globally relevant training material (Product Cards, Role Play Cards, etc.). Supporting my team in their daily tasks.

Organizing and coordinating all F2F training measures at the PUMA HQ. Preparing and guiding both the international leadership and the global PUMA Agile Coach program. Supporting the creation and implementation of eLearning courses. Planning, coordinating and moderating the PUMA Welcome Day for new employees and actively facilitating the onboarding trainings. Fulfilling administrative tasks and supporting the daily business. Assisting the evaluation of L&D relevant data as well as the cost controlling.
