Working at Mercuri Urval's office in Hamburg, Germany - solving tasks within recruitment/headhunting, primarily on management/executive level, but also management development and coaching.

My master thesis in Intrapreneurship in collaboration with Mercuri Urval A/S was chosen after being an intern i Mercuri Urval A/S for 6 months. Here I was connected, as I also am today, to the private sector that primarily deals with SME's both nationally and internationally.

Primarily focused on internal and external communication in both a B2C and B2B aspect. Also included personal communication and cultural insight in general and also within organizations.
