As part of the Germanics team, I work closely with underwriters in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. My responsibilities include providing administrative support, preparing required policy documentation and data input while gaining knowledge of insurance lines and products.

Gained an excellent insight into the media business from a legal perspective, drafted various agreements, researched points of law and discussed them with media lawyers, completed practical tasks on various IT systems and databases.

Acting on behalf of our client - Student Finance England, I received calls, and advised customers on various issues relating to student loans. My responsibilities included handling huge numbers of inbound calls and responding to customers’ queries, using databases to solve customers’ problems.

My main responsibilities included receiving and arranging stock supplies and retail products. Working with huge numbers of people and operating customers’ demands further improved my teamwork and punctuality
