In this role I was in charge of managing IT projects in Abbott Nutrition International Dept. in EMEA and LATAM regions. It included the following: - Interaction and daily communication with business owners, requirements gathering, - Daily interactions with software vendor team (both support and development), processing and transferring of requirements from business to vendor, coordination of their interaction, - Control of the projects execution, deadlines, - Budget management, - Reports preparation.

- Interaction with international clients, requirements gathering, - Developing & managing a project plan, managing portfolio of projects from different counties from EMEA, LATAM, APAC regions, - Coordination of development (SFDC & Mobile apps iOS, Android), data migration & systems setup, - Control of a project execution (scope, cost, time), change and budget management, - Leading the project team and human resource management, - Project documentation, reports preparation.

- Interaction with foreign clients, - Managing and monitoring project team working process & firmware releases, - Managing migration from the legacy interactive TV platform to the new service, - Interaction with team leaders, development team, engineers team, design team, testers, technical writers, support team, Production and Finance Depts., - Coordination of set top boxes manufacturing and supplying process, - Preparation & monitoring of a project plan and project documentation preparation.

- performing management activities within IT-projects (PHP, ASP.NET, UNIX, Java, applications for iOS and Android) during their life cycle, - daily communication with foreign customers, project team, Financial and Marketing departments, - managing and monitoring of project team working process: tracking hours spent, estimates vs actually spent, deadlines etc. - working with project documentation, - resolving technical and organizational questions, - preparation of weekly reports for customers.
