• Reporting to the Group CIO and the Member of the Executive Board, EMEA. • My role is to support the MDs and their team in 20 countries in Europe, Middle East, and Asia as a Strategic IT Business Partner.

• Led the launch of the biggest IT project, an ERP system, in the company history. • Budget for the implementation was around 2.5 Million Euro. • Terminated during probationary period due to the Ukrainian crisis.

- Consulting the management team of a BI & Big Data company in Singapore.

• Responsible for 3 teams (project management, subject matter experts, IT experts) with a highly qualified team of 14 team members. • Final responsibility of more than 50 projects per year with 3 man-days to over 1000. • Restructuring and improvement of existing processes. • Selection and implementation of a new collaborative PM tool and a company-wide project time tracking tool. • Optimising job descriptions, recruitment and evaluation of team members.

• Programme management governance established. This programme had a budget of 1.2 million euros in the first phase, potentially over 6 million. • Helped shape the PMO governance standard. • Supported pre-sales activities and prepared the programme together with the client. • Program has been put on hold due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

• Helped the CIO of a global IT Cloud Service Provider to organize a merger of four SME into one (O365, Networking...). • Helped the Executive Team of a leading supply chain technology company and their mother company, the second biggest company worldwide for forklifts, after their merger, in different IT Projects. The combined company has about 30,000 employees and more than € 6.7 billion in revenue.

• Identify, analyze and resolve a wide range of technical, process, and operational issues providing quick and decisive solutions. • Provide expert knowledge of workforce forecasting and planning to ensure necessary staffing levels to support customer demand. • Spearheads the strategic planning & meetings to develop and execute on Key objectives of the business. • Provide leadership to cross-functional projects teams including external customer and vendor team members.

• Rewriting the Business Plan for a spin-off of one of the biggest Universities in Malaysia • IT Consultancy for Fortune 500 in APAC • Consultant to a local trading company, bringing German companies together with Malaysian • Creating eShops for SME in Malaysia and South East Asia

• Work Package Manager for IT Engineering in a 2 Billion U$ Project. • Responsible for 12 IT Engineers in Germany and Saudi Arabia. • Part of the responsibility is the scheduling and staffing of this Workpackage • Responsible of the 24x7 Service Desk, with a team of 8 Saudi IT Engineers. • Support services for all equipment related to IT, Communication and Sensors at the border. • Management, Reporting, Key Performance Indexes, Service Level Agreements

* Six months as a Technical Project Manager on behalf of ]init[ and the GTZ (German Technical Cooperation) for the Saudi e-Government Program Yesser in Riyadh, KSA. One of my responsibilities has been supervising the creation of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). Worked directly with the Operational Manager. Additionally worked one month in Abu Dhabi, UAE to help with their DRP. * Many other projects in Buenos Aires

• Responsible for strategic and tactical architecture, design, planning, implementation and operation of our global IT infrastructure in 7 different locations. • Managed a team of 7 Network Engineers, Administrators and Technical Support in Argentina and the US through objective setting and annual performance reviews. • Planed long-term technology roadmap in conjunction with the CIO and Executives.

• Set up a 24/7 multilingual Helpdesk by interviewing more than 200 candidates. Built a new organisation in Buenos Aires to support European customers. • Successfully installed more than 14.000 LANDesk Clients for Honeywell in 20 different countries in EMEA. • Started and ran a European Helpdesk (Service Level Agreement, Recruitment of 10, Management, Training) in Brussels.

European IT Project Manager Infrastructure • Reported to the European IT Director. • Responsible for operations of all IT Infrastructure in Europe in 10 different locations. • Functional leader of 15 persons across Europe. • Successfully completed an upgrade in one plant from Token Ring to Ethernet. • Supervised a PC-Refresh in the entire region. • Upgraded several circuits across Europe to match the demands of a new version of SAP.
