Worked in a mountain hut 2806m up serving tables and helping out where possible within a small team. The hut was located in Hochgurgl, Austria.

Mainly worked by myself or with one other team member acting as the first point of contact for the guests of the hotel. Hotel was located in Whistler, Canada.

My main role was to sell the products on the shop floor. I was also a key holder so had extra responsibilities to open and close the stores. The stores i worked in were in Whistler village in British Columbia, Canada.

I opened the shop and coordinated with the team out in the field. I took bookings on the phone and face-to-face and also once a week I was the professional photographer on site, taking photos to be sold back to customers of their adventure.

Mainly I showed customers around their campervans. I worked as part of a team, over the radio and face to face, to make sure the branch ran smoothly.

I had many responsibilities for this job which included opening and closing multiple shops. Making sure money/safe levels remained acceptable. Ensured all colleagues worked to the best of their abilities. Made sure the customers felt welcome and held the main contact for customer queries, as well as looking out for potential fraudsters or criminal activities. Ensured the safekeeping and steady transaction of large quantities of money between the customer and I.

Worked across Texas and Louisiana coaching children in groups of 10 – 12, aged from 3 – 18. My role was to teach them the basic skills of football (soccer) whilst helping to run a fun and exciting camp. I also promoted the company and their merchandise, helping me develop my sales and marketing skills. The locations were often allocated all over the area so managing the schedules of multiple camps smoothly and efficiently was an essential part of the job.
