Lacking knowledge about what exactly BI is and how to use it, I was hired to research this for B&S and how it could be implemented through out the company. This was also my bachelor's thesis subject. I worked closely together with the retail department. I consulted B&S on how they should implement Business Intelligence into the company. I validated my findings by developing a Proof of Concept, which consisted of a BI solution meant to be used by managers of the sales department.

I was responsible for leading the programming team and was also a part of this team by designing and implementing the main algorithm that organized the data coming in from all different sources. I also wrote the software for crawling all the data the main algorithm used. Besides designing and implementing software I was also involved in strategic decision making. I sat around with the founders of Borderloop multiple times a week to decide where Borderloop should go as a company.
