Administration of the program and sessions as well as the facilitation and organization of the session logistics on the CS sites, in Retail locations and Fulfillment Centers across Europe. Establish business objectives, metrics, processes and reporting to quantify the program's impact.

Managed team of Editors and Trainers, responsible for Standard work, internal Knowledge Base, Wizards, Training and Development. Improving and preserving the highest standards of quality and service, in addition to driving success through proven leadership and technical skills by using operational expertise.

Responsible for composing pre-formated texts for answering customer queries. Designing and creating help pages on the Amazon website and the intranet, including the knowledge base used by all Customer Associates. Owner of the creation and administration of Wizards for internal use for Customer Service Associates.As senior editor focusing on leading Knowledge Management projects, focusing on standard work and improvement of customer experience
