Management of the process improvement inside Animal Waste Treatment Facilities with the aim to install a new green energy plant. Quality Assurance management (HACCP System) for a customer based in Italy. Re-organisation of the facility lay-out for a customer based in Italy.

Development and start up of the production of whole range of product (professional loudspeaker), organising the assembly line and testing new materials for primarily components. Reassert the company trough apportions of personal know-how and acquainted marketing strategies. Optimisation of internal production costs.

Supervision of the production flow of the "Aeriks 200" project (a new airplane all composite sold as kitplane) from the prototyping to the test activities and the mass production. The project was developed on the base of big analysis and minimum errors. Training and co-ordination of the personnel involved in the project.
